Sandy Shades Residence

The brief was to design a home that would evolve with a young family, providing both functional and comfortable spaces for day-to-day life and for entertaining. Since the property is so close to the beach, we wanted the home to evoke the feeling of a perfect summer day, capturing the essence of coastal living. Key priorities included ample hidden storage for their children’s belongings and spaces that seamlessly accommodated large family gatherings and parties.
